Awards and Festivals (SJCC International Film Festival)

The festival aims at bringing the world famous classics and popular movies to the reach of the common people. SJCC International Film Festival provides the opportunity for film lovers to attend the open forums led by film makers and critics.

SJCC Media Award

This award is aimed at honouring the person who has contributed to the betterment of the nation in the Mass Media field. The awardee will be given Rs. 25,000/- as a cash award along with commendation and memento.

Campus Film Award

A national level intercollegiate Campus Film Competition in Animation and Documentary/Fiction, open to all the students of the recognized educational institutions in India, is organized every year. This award comprises of different cash prizes amounting to a total of Rs. 1,00,000/-, and a commendation with memento.

SJCC Scholarship

Many talented students go untrained and unoriented due to lack of money. So SJCC aims at bringing to light the artistic skills of such financially challenged students.

Co-Curricular Activities (Conferences and Seminars)

The students are facilitated with well equipped seminar halls with all modern audiovisual facilities for seminars and conferences. They are also engaged in project presentations, mini-exhibitions etc.

Industrial Visits and Observation Trips/ Study Tours

SJCC has strong links with prominent industrial groups which generate valuable synergy between students and corporate organizations. SJCC ensures constant student interaction with the best professionals and leaders in their respective fields. Students are also encouraged to participate in seminars and other major events organized regularly by these institutions and organizations. The college arranges industrial visits and Observation Trips/Study tour to different destinations of the country.
